Foundation

As we look at Luke 6:47-49, we hear Jesus teaching the importance of hearing his words and putting them into practice.

"As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like. They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.” 

The Foundation teachings on this page were created as tools for digging down deep into what the Word says regarding spiritual warfare and what causes spiritual oppression from the enemy. By taking these truths and applying them into our lives so that our Foundation is firmly built on the Rock - who is Christ Jesus - we will be able to build a house that does not shake when the storms of life hit.
